Self Awareness

Counseling brings us awareness of our thinking patterns, and feelings and intentions which may not be well recognized.

Don’t we all do something we don’t want? Do we engage in behaviors which lead to a result we don’t like?

Awareness of ourselves shines light on these irrational actions we take, and helps us to stop and take a new action leading to the result we prefer. Counseling is the process to recreate your preferred reality. We are constantly creating our reality by our belief and intentions.

Acceptance leading to Spiritual Healing

In my Counseling practice, I would like to empower my clients to take an active part in their life. It involves understanding the environment and their family or loved ones, and accepting who they are, their family, and realizing their life’s true purpose.

It is a process of dialogue between a therapist and a client in order to increase compassion with themselves and realize their self-value as a person, and learn to cherish themselves. This awakened consciousness gives them a sense of calm acceptance, leading to greater emotional health.

I believe that compassion with your self and acceptance of your life will lead you to the experience of becoming whole and give you a sense of connecting to your soul. The experience of connecting with your soul, gives you a sense of deeper understanding of who you are and why you are here in this earth at this time.

Goal of Therapy

The purpose of the therapy is ultimately in the clients’ hands. They decide where and how far they would like to go. My role is to help them get to the destination, and support them through their journey. I may introduce many healing modalities and techniques my clients can try, but I respect my clients’ decision to try or not to try. My clients have to feel free and respected in order for the healing to occur.
